This property is in Jefferson Park so it’s a good area.

Most guests will bring a car, unless you are in a giant metropolis with amazing public transportation.

In a nutshell the idea is to buy a small plot of land somewhere within Denver/Boulder/Jefferson county, build a tiny home (400-600+sq ft) and list it.

I would also check out some other areas in the west side of Cleveland, such as Cudell, Jefferson, Clark Fulton, and West Boulevard. etc.

It is landlord-friendly, and specific pockets have gone upwards of 2-4x in the last 5-10 years.To be even more specific areas I would focus on are the westside of Cleveland (Cudell, Old Brooklyn, West Boulevard, Jefferson, Clark Fulton).

I've been in the process of evicting a tenant in Jefferson County, Alabama since February.

I listed my location as Lake Ozark, Missouri because my city doesn't show as a selection but I'm actually based out of Jefferson City, Missouri and scour all of Central Missouri for deals.

P.S- My criteria is dated/ in need of work multi-family houses under 150k around west boulevard and Jefferson area in Cleveland Ohio. 

If you're looking B to C mixed area I would look into Cudell, Old Brooklyn, West Boulevard, Jefferson and Clark Fulton.

Prefer buying in St Louis, Jefferson, or St Charles in desired average grade residential neighborhoods Any help is greatly appreciated!
