Just general experience that they pretty never cover 100% of what "I" want, and ALWAYS have "too many clicks" or an interface that doesn't work for me...For what its worth, setting up Excel for this isn't that bad. 

I personally use and would recommend Empower as noted above, easy to use and has a nice interface on the computer as well as the app on my cell phone.

Propstream does have a nicer interface, but definitely needs user experience adjustments.

Although the user interface appears a little dated compared to Lodgify and Your Porter, the functionality was there and the thing that sold me was their user forums.

If potential residents were not interested in the particular home they viewed, app interfaces allowed residents to see similar and neighboring homes managed/owned by the same party.To say it made our previous self-showing open houses seem antiquated would be a massive understatement.

UI just stands for user interface.
