@Ratna Eluri - First, you should speak to an immigration attorney about the H1B Visa and creating an LLC. 

Although, I'm not fully convinced since my CPA is not a qualified immigration professional.  

Even trying to do the BRRRR is hard and takes a lot more work to find the right deal. unless i do the work myself which i am willing to.I am young and quite new to the REI space but for the last several years i have consumed RE knowledge daily thru a couple trusted sources. i understand what im trying to do is definitely no easy task but with immigrant parents i was raised to work hard so i will adapt to whatever is necessary.

I’m an immigrant and I only have less than 2 years of credit history so I thought I couldn’t get that much credit lines by myself but they did an AMAZING job and My husband and I can’t wait to get more credit line!!!

I'm wondering how many just sent the deposit in to the person claiming to be the "owner".Here in the south you can sometimes (literally) get away with murder if you claim to be some type of reverend/ minister/man/woman of god/whatever which is exactly what this scammer was claiming.I report the ads to craigslist, they are pulled, only to show up again a few days later.

In Canada the prime minister made some announcement about trying to get a federal lease that all the provinces need to use as well as posting the previous rent so tenants can negotiate the rent prices. 

I believe this is why I believe many immigrant families continue to move to the US and do well.
