I think your demographic might be more hotel people rather than families.I would also still go with smart locks on every door.

When you get to rural areas, even in Tuscany, you need to more risk-adverse as the property value might not increase, unless you have another operating business on it like a boutique hotel or vineyard, that you can blast social media influencers to get more people to come.

Many of also argued that forcing out many STR's will impact our tourism revenues, which we're very dependent on, as many travelers won't come here if they have to stay in a hotel.
