Hello All -My hub of properties is in Tampa but I do have some managed further South and my vendors are not as strong with less market presence in Fort Myers and Naples. 

You can find different strategies on how to find and reach these folks, such as driving for dollars, targeting mailing lists, networking with Realtors and other wholesalers, and having an online presence, plus paid social media ads, etc.

I forgot how the book ends but one of the high points was his design of a chapel "for the worship of God and the service of Man".

Zach, you have so much God given talent, which is why you've seen success in the single family space.

God forbid if something bad happened to the tenant because of this, you'd be on the hook for negligence because they informed you of the problem.
