As an agent, have you picked a focus yet or considered specializing/nicheing into being an "investor friendly" agent targeting investors to work with (over generic homebuyers)?

Something so they know it isn't just a generic sign.

Ryan,When you type into the google search "generic home rental agreement" you can click on images at the top and in most cases simply download and print. or right click then dowload and print without even going to the website.

Based on the Florida Attorney General opinion (Case Number 16-2022-CA-3550) that finds that generic zoning provisions such as Jacksonvilles do not qualify as a regulation adopted on or before June 1, 2011, the trial court dismissed the City's enforcement lawsuit.

There is no generic winner or loser buy box, just make sure that ultimately what you get aligns with you and your personal goals. 

The dangers of relying on getting your generic “what-if” questions answered here is that it has a high chance of being answered by someone (in another state) guessing what would occur.In CA (my state), mortgages are generally not callable merely on death of borrower.
