Amazing what can come of just grinding volume with cold calling Volume + consistency + follow-up = DEALS.Simple really. 100%

Seen a few Gators in the canal with the cold earlier this week.  

I've rented in cold weather every month of the year.

so i'll throw out my standard cold water.

so I definitely like the Fortuna area, but then you kind of run into the cold and constantly wet.

I'm hopeful to start going down there more in the Winter months to dodge the Iowa cold in the coming years.

Cold calling

Imagine something as simple as deciding tomorrow to spend 3-6 months in Australia because it’s too cold here, or I haven’t been, or a friend dared me.

All in all - owning a place to rent to other people is a business, and business decisions need to be made based on that cold hard facts and not on an emotional basis, unless someone wants to quickly go out of business.

@Kyle Atans  or PHX when building stopped dead cold and they deported half the construction workers who happened to be 80% of the tenant base.. same with central CA building stopped  no deportation though :)I just bought in Vegas for semi retirement and tax purposes I kind of like were it sits now.. but no question your timing of that market was impeccable.. !!!
