I wouldn't exactly call them wrong numbers, but it does require a little more detective work to track down your target if the only number you can get to pick up is a work number or a family member.

The builder says it is fixed (the builder patched the roof, replaced a tile, dried the walls using fan), but the leak detection test still identified elevated moisture levels in the walls and they couldn't pinpoint the source of the leak (There was no leaks in the pipes)

I recently got a PLM Summary Report on a property detecting 2% Chrysotile in the drywall in the garage and 5% in the popcorn ceiling throughout (looking like just in the spray texture).

My employees wash their vehicles and muddy equipment every day and they put a massive amount of rocks, nuts and bolts, wood and all sorts of debris into the pump and it never failed one time.Since my pump handles both rain water and the water my employees use to wash their equipment every day I installed a specially made system with electronic valves that makes the water they wash their equipment go into a sediment and filter box and then into the city sewer system and when it rains the electronic valves have a sensor that detects water coming from the roof drain downspouts and valves switch to make the water from the parking lot go into the street.

There’s a big difference between disagreeing with someone’s methods, promises, and forecasts, and detecting actual fraud.I’m not sure that for many of the gurus we call out that fraud is so easily detected, let alone proved.
