Asbestos Regulations Texas - 2% Chrysotile
I recently got a PLM Summary Report on a property detecting 2% Chrysotile in the drywall in the garage and 5% in the popcorn ceiling throughout (looking like just in the spray texture). Is anyone up to date on the regulations for this in Texas? I know the popcorn will need to be remediated, being 5% but does anyone have experience with 2% chrysotile? Were you able to keep it as is or did you have to remediate it?
Any other advice/opinions on the matter is welcome!
