You can pay as soon as the work is complete and you have inspected if they are reluctant to start without a deposit bu do not pay in advance.Make sure to get lien wavers from all contractors and suppliers as before you pay them.There is a lot more to the process depending on the overall scope of work.

Bu besides the initial set up phase they wouldn't be doing any day to day work on the project.

Not sure if you know what a package unit weighs bu this one was about 700 lbs.

While these strategies sound exciting and fairly easy (it is intended to sound that way bu gurus), it is actually not easy at all and finding deals like this are no where near a dime a dozen, in fact, quite the opposite.
