Pretty catchy IMO.....VRBOs money would be much better spent hiring better talent on the app/web development side.

Then the last 25-50k I'd diversify with - whether that be apple stock, nvidia, btc, or a rental properties.

Generally if people are in town they stay with me till they have to go.Everyone wins.The downside is if you get a bad apple in the house it can and will spoil the entire bunch.

I thankful for finding this app through a book I have been reading.But I would like to inquire in regard to introducing myself both to sellers and cash buyers.

Then the prices lower towards the date and you end up booking at a low price or worse just being vacant.I think manually pricing your STR'S is a much better approach.So many people are looking for the next cool software app to buy a subscription to.

Just say you can't qualify and I don't want to charge you app fee.  

There is usually not much that compares with what we offer, so we only compete apples to oranges, so incentives are not a good tool for us.The types of tenants we want (multi year) also respond better to an adjustment in rent than an incentive.

Just adding my $0.02 here, I just tried to add a post through the app and it crashed as I hit post.

The app is horrible. 

That's a mobile app for small handyman repairs lol!
