If you intend to change the use or substantially alter the Property (e.g. construct an addition), in addition to zoning compliance certificate, you should also carefully research whether your intended use is permitted by the zoning regulations.

You can't make alterations to the bathroom, send the builder invoices and tell him his grout work was bad.

Don’t alter your minimum requirements to fit a potential tenant.
