Brand new construction - seller is asking for a premium that isnt attractive to prospective buyers acquiring commercial financing.

I’ve run into this many times on deals I acquired and rehabbed utilizing hard money.  

As well as I just launched my starter supply and Bath product campaign on my current properties and will include it with new ones.
