If the street name is a letter ie" M street, F street" its probably in a bad area of town, the lower down the alphabet u get (downtown streets) the further your going from the center and the worst the properties get.

Up until about 2000 there were only ten and they were in alphabetical order (because that's how I remembered them) Alameda, Kern and LA,  Modoc, Monterrey, Orange, San Diego, San Mateo, Santa Clara, and Ventura.

There is a push by the city for revitalization in the area, and I am hoping to support the movement by supplying quality, updated homes for sale and/or rent.I know the return is there no matter what letter of the alphabet the neighborhood is classified in :).

In York county, the list is alphabetical by owners name and you'll get a final list the day of the auction when you register.Bid increments in York County were by the $100s.
