I've done a lot of business plans and the terminology messes with the writer/planner especially if they're not comfy with the words.

Are you a good writer and want to help me with a few chapters of my next book? 

A good independent agent can usually get you a Cadillac policy for the same price or less than a stripped down policy from a direct writer like State Farm, Farmers, Allstate, etc.

@Rhonda Eaves, I'm never impressed by writers who get paid BIG dollars trying to convince us how wonderful it could be being poor (even though THEY'RE not)! 

Hey ya'll,I recently joined Bigger Pockets after reading various articles/books from Brandon Turner and the other great writers/doers at the site.

I am a semi retired technical trainer and writer.

About a 12-15 years ago the tv show writers were going on strike, no writers, no new shows,,so the network realized if they had 'unscripted' shows (big brother, etc etc) they could bring some new shows out during the strike.They realized that the shows were actually liked by audiences, and the cost of production (no mega stars) saved money,,,so it is grown to today's 'reality' shows on everything and all done with so much drama it makes me laugh.I loved one show that would show 'new hot water heater $1k, added value $2k", when truthfully you couldn't have sold it without the new hot water heater,,,I figured if you spent enough on  a house you could retire after one flip according to that show

I'm a full-time writer and executive in the Cool Springs part of Brentwood and Franklin, and I've been nursing a growing interest in buy and hold REI for more than a year now.
