Just want to say hello to everyone. I am a semi retired technical trainer and writer. Real estate has been in my family since I was a child. My family is still active. I on the other hand am a jack of all trades type of guy....must be from my engineering background. The past 15 years my wife and I have traveled all over the US and Europe..my wife Carol was an administrative assitant for a major company and travel agent with her own office. We enjoy exploring resort areas in Spain and Italy. After our retirement, we began consulting vacation/resort property ownership.
