I explained my experience of the past week with the Real Estate workshop, how I almost fell for the okie doke, and now pursuing on my own.

My REA got back to me up about questions I had concerning removable/clearing of rubble round the house and basement/workshop.

There is a 10 week, 3 hr. once per week bathroom remodeling workshop starting Wed.

I have two tickets for sale for the fortune builders 3-day workshop to take place in Dallas during Sept. 22-24.

I also recommend attending some meetups (perhaps use the Meetup app and search to find some local REI meetups) and I've heard folks recommend attending seminars and workshops at places like RICH Club and Lifestyles Unlimited as they can also provide valuable information and networking opportunities.

I am looking for partnership with this workshop training.

Real Estate seems a lot like the software world: Some fundamental education goes a long way but ultimately, what keeps you progressing in the business is your continued personal learning, whether self-taught, through workshops and classes, conferences, etc...

My wife and I have signed up to attend Tarek and Christina's workshop on December 8th at 6pm in Louisville, Ky at the Galt House. 

I'm interested in purchasing a duplex or quad and I'm looking to attend a house-hacking workshop or REI meet-up for the Philadelphia area.
