I’m not familiar wit MI tenant laws but in MA they’re very pro tenant.

I'm at my wits end.Our property, first of all is NEW CONSTRUCTION.

@Duncan Hayes No you can still have closing costs and title assigned to end buyer.As mentioned, normally an affidavit of heirship can take care of it if probate has not been filed, that requires 2 third party "witnesses" that knew the deceased on top of the heirs signature. 

We are both at our absolute wits end.

(It should be something regarding disturbances) Oftentimes, I would receive calls like this and it’s really hard to determine whose at fault  if you weren’t an eye witness.  

I work with several attorneys and the state license board as a professional witness and to help resolve customer and contractor issues and to avoid going to court.What state (California?)

Citizens should remain good witnesses, and no more, unless said citizens wish to become the next victims. 7.
