Ran into many problems with contractors along the way, paid for some material twice as well as some projects to be redone.

Since I'm not a pigeon forge local, I also don't have a good feel for the appropriate cost of goods and services either.While I don't necessarily suspect anything nefarious from the management company, I don't now that our financial incentives are always well-aligned. 

The gentleman Chris Koerner seemed well educated on the topic (mobile home park investing) and he gave enough information and follow-up documents that you could take the information and run.

I'm a contractor based in Maryland and DC, so the renovation aspect is well within my expertise, having done numerous projects for other developers and general contractors.However, I'm facing a challenge when it comes to choosing the interior design elements, such as bathroom tiles, colors, sizes, fixtures, etc.

If you haven't checked the market for homes with "inlaw suites" or whatever your market equivalent is that can be a way to get it done as well. 

But it can be frustrating if you're on a tight time limit and don't have the patience of Job.Many hosts feel like a simple site that looks professional and is robust, does just as well for half the cost.

You know much more about Vegas than I do, but winters are colder here and summers are cooler as well.
