It looks like they own about 18-20 of the 37 total units which from my understanding makes the remaining units Non-warrantable.

In this case the property is not so obviously unmaintained or in enough disrepair to warrant assessment liens....in spite of it being vacant for 15 years.

@Ij O.First off, I recommend consulting an attorney to determine your potential liabilities, the status of any existing liability coverage from the home insurance policies, and whether you have enough assets to warrant the cost of an umbrella policy.
