This is a master class on how not to do something.At this point a commercial attorney is needed and one maybe that has litigation experience if it gets that far.You spend money in the beginning to set things up right going in.

@William Brown  great attitude.. the license course will get you up to speed on terminology and the laws of the land.. that's a big step up compared to so many that go into wholesaling half baked blow what little seed money they have then end up right back where they started..
