Beginner Investor in Nashville, TN and surrounding Areas

My name is Ryan, I am 22 years old, and I am in the beginning stages of becoming a real estate investor! I would like to get into multi-family units, however i do not have much cash or collateral to back me up right now. So I believe starting off in wholesale is a quick way to build cash for future investments. I am trying to develop a buyers list to begin wholesaling. If anyone has any advice, interest in doing business, or lives in the Nashville area and wants to talk real estate please feel free to message me! Thank yall!
