I had the technology. 

I'm not good with technology, and this would help a lot!

I think content creation is something that is great for people to adopt because now in the technology age people are consuming more and more content and if you put that content out there potential clients could see you as a source of reliable information.

But, I`m a little bit old school, not quite up on all of the available technologies, but I`m willing to spend money for a coach to flatten the learning curve. 

I am a remote investor and so I am looking for tenants who will be well versed with technology, pay rents on time / online, etc.

Blockchain is being heralded as one of the most exciting technologies in years, and there's a good reason for that.

But I'm still not going to feel right about the amount of money that's it's going to take to get to that point, technologically, and that it is extracted from many people who don't see the value in it.

Some tenants couldn't care less about additional technology and will not want to pay for it.If a landlord tried to offer me a tech package as an additional fee, I would have declined and informed them I'd buy it for myself when I bought my own home.In addition to that, as a landlord I'd only think about doing the smart items for a higher-end property and/or my direct competitors were doing it as well. 

I’m new to the game here but work full time in technology and have similar goals to you.

There is also newer solid state battery technology that promises higher range and 5 minute recharge.
