San Francisco: Strange times we're in when the SF market is seemingly the most affordable/least competitive.

There are often times strange little "pockets" of really good areas surrounded by really bad areas.

@Wes Eaves, Self storage is a strange combination of the biggest of the big and the smallest of the mom and pop. 

Her behavior has been strange... she would normally call and this time had texted... and its the use of the word inhabitable, and all the excuses and yet still not addressing her rent... that has me feeling like I would rather not give her the opportunity to move in.

I find it strange that a seller would admittingly tell you that they are committing tax fraud.I think the thing you want to avoid is providing incorrect advice which may cost him/her a lot of money.Best of luck.
