I think it brings a refreshing warning to all that real estate investing is serious business and not all people are friends. 

@Christen G. has a good idea about trying to warn them with a mailing.

You’ve been warned

If it’s Las Vegas proper ignore the warning and title company should be able to sort it out. 

I just purchased almost 100 doors a month ago and I have a couple tenants calling giving a 30 day to move out and they have warned me the house was bad to begin with.

I always notify all my tenants in September and warn them that failure to disconnect hoses may result in damage and they will be liable.

The eviction mark is a warning to future landlords who can then better decide what risk they are willing to take with the prospective tenant.
