@Preethi S. understand your concerns about PMCs defending themselves and throwing owners under the bus.But... how is it okay for you to NOT share all the context, yet throw the PMC under the bus, and by extension all PMCs?

Ownership and profit-sharing can be split based on contributions, with you possibly earning equity through sweat equity.

With $50k I can get 866 share x .264 payout a month is $228.62.

We’re pleased to share that the tenant paid rent on the 3rd, just before late fees would have applied. 

We invest in Toledo and Detroit , We are more then willing to share why and what we have learnt over the years if anyone  wants to chat
