I have scoured the internet looking for a deal for 200,000 and can't find anything. i guess I was just trying to get in the game.

I like to think I'm pretty savy when it comes to scouring the internet for free information and kind of figured I would get these responses.

I investigated local industries, read business journals and scoured BP for topics in my top 5 potential markets. 

I have been scouring the web and found one that seems to good to be true.- 17 lots ($200 per lot)- 100% occupancy- 0 seller owned homes- tenants pay city sewer/water/metered electric- Annual taxes = $1300- Owner asking $265kIt seems like I would only have to pay for trash and lawn care.  

I'm constantly scouring the mls to find a deal and the good ones sell really quick. 

Hello or shall I say Aloha,After listening to the podcasts and scouring this website for months, I have decided that I am way past due in introducing myself!

He's scouring the country for distressed parks and already owns one in Tampa.I've checked the forums here and most recommend Lonnie Scruggs' books. 

I have been scouring central Florida due to the projected appreciation but that market is now overpriced and I'm having trouble finding anything that cash flows below $200k.

Generally I have been scouring the MLS and Craigslist looking at things that might make sense. 

For the past year or so, I have been reading everything I can and scouring the BP forums and now its time to start taking some action.
