Do realize many times you might have to take what they say as a grain of salt.

The affect over time is an encouraging one and it takes some good patience.I'd say a hard "no" to the truck . . . the interest rates on an auto loan is currently less than on an equity loan, so there's no benefit that I can see to choosing the more complex route of using a home equity loan to purchase one.

So when you say you’re a multimillionaire, it’s good to know that liquid cash with no lien, not equity tied up in say a house that was inherited 30 years ago.

@Stephanie Ro To be honest I would either have to say a seller who did not have enough faith that the FHA loan would close on time or at all might be one reason.

But all that being said no, I haven’t seen a school quality price effect here. the Sheldon Adelson School over in Summerlin does create some value propositions for those homes in close proximity from what i see although I doubt it would be as much as say a high ranking public school.. 

The only downside to that is that if there is an "emergency" delivery needed (say a frig bites the dust) most tenants don't like to wait two to three weeks (the timeline here a short while ago) for delivery.

This is not to say a person can-not rent by the room else where, they key phrasing is "best operate". 

If they say a Corp, you'll know to keep looking.
