Building with a partner

Hello all, if you were to invest 50/50 on building a new home for selling purposes with a partner and the partner agreed to do all the work what would be a fair split of the profits?

80/20, 70/30, 60/40 etc

IMO, managing a project like this on day-to-day basis, for let's say, a year is bringing way more to the table than a realtor will. So maybe a 60/40 split in his favor....
