There are so many good ones, but that's one that goes beyond mindset (which is the first half of it) and gets into showing and building you a template / road map for whatever niche of RE you decide to go into.

The roadmap I'm currently following starts with wholesaling, then flips, then buy and hold residential properties Like most of you, I've read a bunch of books , but I'm a hands on learner.

Everyone gets a copy of your roadmap.

Learning through experience is the best way to go about things, but if you have no basis at all then asking a general contractor to bid a project is not a bad idea because from their bid you should be able to get a template of how they are pricing things which you could then in turn use as a roadmap for your future projects.

I understand having a business plan is having the road map for your success and the success of your business however I'm trying to figure out how to put it all together cohesively and having it make sense.

Just do it once, you won’t need to revise your 10 or 50 year goals often at all, and being consistent about 3 month goal setting can be life changing.Effective goal setting is a crucial aspect of personal and professional development, as it provides direction, motivation, and a roadmap for achieving desired outcomes.

I do know that it's not on our short-term roadmap at the moment, but I'll bring it up with our product development team!

Account Closed our long term and short term goals...and while I know those are very important to lay out a proper road map...still working on that -_-' Unfortunately, my husband and I have a lot of student debt so I think it limits us on the type of investment options we could do as individuals.
