It's not discrimination based on income source because the same criteria are used for every applicant.There are landlords who actively seek out section 8 recipients because they usually pay slightly higher than market rates and it's "guaranteed" income for them.

The contract has a clause that says "Restriction on the use of data" and the sub title says "Date recipient will not use or resell data for the purpose of commercial solicitation of any individual named in the data."
