My former wife used to teach elementary school located next to the Santa Ana River and cranes would occasionally grab them in their beaks and some of the catch would land in the school yard, only to be discovered by kindergarten kids with puzzled looks on their faces.

It does make a difference where the property sits compared to the overall site of a project.How bad the developer needs the parcel relative to the success of the overall project will tell how much value they put on it.When I did assemblage parcels were like pieces of a puzzle.

You also seem to believe, at least to some extent, that folks in one category will stay in that category or even want to stay in that category.I think your categorization of investors has missed a huge piece of the puzzle...motivation.

Fla.and I’m puzzled about what is happening at the settlement table here.Now as a Realtor I am well aware that the settlement agent conducting the closing will tell anyone that they do not represent anyone present at the settlement.And of course I am also aware that almost no one ever asked the question.
