Using a lot of work, time and energy, we used 1031 Exchange to fund our next purchases and "postpone" our taxes. 

As of this morning, the vote has been postponed to a future meeting, but it is important for those concerned about this issue to contact the supervisors in the districts where they own property to make their opinions known.

Given the pace that banks tend to operate at in REO sales I would be surprised if they denied your request to postpone closing.  

I’m not sure how our governor didn’t see such a backlog of cases by postponing evictions for so long; hurting landlords and tenants.

And if he is that pissed off he will wait till the last minute and get it postponed . 

At this point, based on my journey and based on the feedback I am considering postponing getting a license.

From what I’ve seen, even if a property is schedule for sale it can get postponed for up to 3 sales before it actually is put up for sale. 

Potentially postponed some because of the circumstances but not forgiven.

It would also include the rehab (almost everything: some tile flooring was kept and we restored some of the cabinets rather than replaced, pretty much all else was replaced) and our use of the modified BRRR (we rehab typically when tenants move on if they are worth keeping and our rationale for reduced rents to keep tenant and postpone the rehab).
