Pre-foreclosure with deceased owner
Hello everyone!
I found a house that is going up for foreclosure auction in 4 days. I would contact the owner, however, she passed away last March. Is there any way I can buy this property before it goes to auction?

Unlikely, unless you manage to connect with an heir and they are already in probate and working with lender to postpone. Outside of there isn’t anything to do I’m afraid.
