I have been following the Real Estate Investing industry for a while and just recently decided to put my focus into it and implement a plan I had in mind for years.So I went down to Puerto Vallarta I put together a team of local realtors, brokers, contractors, property managers and a lawyer. 

We are starting the process of analyzing deals, making a plan and executing on it. 

One of the cool connections I've made is with someone that has over a million subscribers to his YouTube channel that is now working with me to take my channel to the next level.Proverbs 15:22 teaches, "Plans fail for lack of counsel, but with many advisers they succeed."

I am currently renovating it and we plan to when i am done to transfer the property to my buisness name. what would be the best route to go.
