This does 2 critical things.1) Wastes a lot of time (could be months of interest paid)2) Wastes the new girl effect ( The new house in the market is most viewed the first 2 weeks, after that buyers start asking whats wrong with the house and the seller starts to lose the upper hand)You can still have the highest price that the market can support by creating a bidding war.

Do you have any advice for a young girl getting started in real estate?

We would not be able to do what we do if you guys and girls didn't do what you do.

Just the little extra 15 minutes of work you hand your managers or maintenance crew can save a little boy or girls brain!

Girl's credit check returned good, but guy's is not and he works as an independent contractor.

I think the main thing is not the numbers or real estate.I did a similar thing with my wife and 9 month old girl.
