This is a great place to learn.Is there a reason that you are trying to make something that doesn't fit to a bad market.  

Sounds like the place is no longer fitting your needs if $500 per year is causing consternation.

I am about to invest in Austin, too.You're going to have to research the criteria of how you want to invest and what fits that mold.

They've been upfront about their 10DLC enrollment requirements and the need for a website, which hasn't been a big deal for me.But hey, everyone's experience is different, so I'd recommend doing your own research and reaching out to their customer service team to see if it's a good fit for you.

I've spoken to a ton of BP members in the last year who fit this mold.

If they are ok with carrying the financing and don't need large amounts of cash right away, this may be a good fit for them.

Would it make more sense to focus on SFH because there are more of those potential deals  in my area or be patient and wait on a multi family that fits my criteria when available?
