When I did the title research it shows an additional IRS lien on the property and the IRS is also listed as a defendant on the County Tax suit!

rob, livonia does not require them. in fact, i installed an amazing exterior door 2 years ago on a house and the manufacturer said that if i install a storm door, it would void the door's warranty. anyway, i am leaning towards not replacing it. it will not make the house "Secure" at all. it closes, but it can not shut all the way for the door to latch and lock. i wanted to go after the movers to get them to pay for the damage but they were defending the movers saying it was poorly installed.i will just send them a letter telling them i am not replacing it.
