Tile on the floor looks decent.

Unfortunately, the part is no longer made by the manufacturer and I haven't been able to find an extra part "laying around" via the Internet. 

Leave it laying on top of the bedspread where guests have to pick it up and move it to lay down, so each room is set to have an opportunity to read it.

You become both a better lawyer (because you know the business side of the deal) and better investor (because you know how to play the string out and can allocate risk better than a lay person).

We simply thought they were some weird bug our dog picked up, who often lays on our bed.

All of the photos seem to show (what looks to me like) granite or quartz countertops, wood or tile floors, and replacement cabinets (except for one, which had nicely refinished  vintage (mid-century) cabinets.

I am wanting to know if I could make the sides out of wood and cover them with hardie backed board (concrete board typically used to attach tile on) to protect wood frame from getting to hot and catching fire.
