It seems like a really stupid concept to me.Perhpas some with actuall knowledge of how it work could illuniate us.

But we are ready to put in the work and soak up as much knowledge as we can.We’re here to build connections with private and hard money lenders familiar with our region, find investor-friendly agents, and network with contractors who value integrity and excellence in their work.
