You are clearly insulted that you almost got burned on half a million dollars.

When I help educate them I not only help they avoid crashing and burning, I help myself by competing against more educated investors.

I burned up all those loans on SF and now have to use pricier loans.

I don't have anyone following me, as best as I can tell, that will be likely to not burn through the cash in a month or a year, so if I can set it up where it pays out cash dividends for long enough that they're not living on the streets, that's good enough for me.Remember the old saying: from shirt sleeves to shirt sleeves in 3 generations.

Latest news is that BS is going out of business at the end of the mont.In the last week I was able to obtain few pictures from the outside the house showing no work done outside at all, and I just can imagine what is going to be inside.So folks if you thinking of investing with Morris and Natali Morris from Morris invest run away fast or you'll get burned as I did.Now #claytonmorris  moved to new markets like Detroit Mi, Jacksonville Fl and who knows where elce, so be aware.At this point I am in the mud not sure what to do.
