this property is currently vacant, i will need to put in 600K to renovate. my intermediary tells me that the final price can not be 25% more or less than the 200K I filled out on the identification form. question is: is there a way to put the leftover 100K (330-230=110) into renovation somehow?

Russo is fully capable of making an informed decision. My perspective is more of a bird's eye view of where the market is headed, why the spate of CRMs, and why so many reg D funds are acting as intermediaries, selling their holdings to Wall Street, who then collateralize the underlying asset, mostly into debt instruments for re-sale at brokerage houses.

I can't speak for other HOAs, but where I live (over 1000 houses under our HOA), we have a management company representative on-site every day, and they're happy to talk to any resident at any time about anything.I'm guessing that with 1000 houses under our HOA, our President wouldn't really want to deal with being an intermediary for every issue
