Nest cameras (indoor/outdoor) are amazing.

I may specialize in door knocking and cold calling, as I'm not afraid to get in front of people, whether large or small groups or an individual.

I don't have either as the noise/guests concern isn't as high on the list for my business (monthly rentals) but I am always on the hunt for devices like these.I do have Nest thermostats, Nest outdoor cams and indoor cams that I'm a fan of and would recommend because of the access I have on my phone. 

No indoor furniture (sofas, recliners, etc) can be on the front porch or else the owner gets a ticket.

I know that there is also new condo/townhome/SFH communities in this area that are great investment.Also, Real Salt Lake professional soccer team is building their World Wide indoor soccer training facility right next to one of our Herriman communities.

The resort has been described as a "Four Season" resort, with 323 hotel rooms, 130 table games, 2,000+ slots as well as an indoor water park.

Close to 10 acres, about 25 stalls, indoor and outdoor riding areas, etc.Equestrian properties are VERY few and far between.
