My only complaint is that it may be too easy to use because if you have staff its actually very easy to make changes almost inadvertently and have no record of who did what that you can easily trace if you happen to find the error.

Even if you do not need property management services, many staff agents at these firms, like ours, offers buying services to investors.  

The PM companies are already set up with the systems and staff, and chances are they have seen/dealt with it all already.

If I receive a request (hasn't happened yet since I show them my evidence with video/pictures) I would sit down with my staff to see if a mistake was made.
