It creates a gray area that endangers kids and new property owners that don't understand the law.

But what we found is that the houses that got ready the quickest and sold the fastest had the neutral colors - beige, brown, grays, whites.

I am doing a flip right now and we have the same color schemes (gray walls, white kitchen, hardwood floors, gray carpets, white baseboards....)

Im not into wholesaling myself, as it is a bit of a gray area in which being a licensed individual I can not delve.  

If that's the case, then BGE may not give a hoot.The newer looking gray wire should go to your meter, the old wire that is dangling should go to their meter.

@Shaun Dewitt , my take on it is that it obviously depends on the laws that vary state-to-state, but in general, everyone can agree that it's a pretty gray area.
