A little about my background:BS in Business Administration from Old Dominion UniversityMS in Telecommunications Management Oklahoma State UniversityCurrent Senior Captain (Network Engineer) in the United States Army:  Expertise include Project Management, Human Resource Management, Logistics Management, Information Technology Management.  

It is still the #1 best, cheapest, most effective strategy to simply negotiate and work with the tenants on a human level.

I explain they are free to live in the apartment or live elsewhere for the duration of the lease, but it is their responsibility to pay the rent and maintain heat in the apartment as per the terms of the lease.I also explain that circumstances change and I am human.

No borrower in the history of humanity has ever told the WHOLE story to a friend or colleague about why their mortgage didn't go through.I'd be curious to see what her written verification of employment says this time as well as the last time she applied for a mortgage.

I saw the worst part of humanity, very depressing.
