@Kristian Forbes Short of doing another house hack or negotiating the purchase price down a fair amount, I think that's going to be a tough one to make the numbers work.

Additionally, Airbnb’s policies support hosts when guests do not comply with house rules.

@Samuel Coronado - the challenge is that there will likely be a very small number of renters looking for a house that size, as well as that can afford a rent amount that high who won't just buy otherwise. 

We bought it in 2016, did nothing to it and made $40K, which we turned around and used to buy a duplex to house hack.
