Thx Upen...I told them I am actively seeking employment in st louis...I just go here multiple times throughout the week...I know I am relocating there. ..much of my "surrogate" family is there...I stay on the highway...and I'm waiting for our satelite office to have an opening...thank you for your honesty

That frankly, isn't much of an accomplishment to garner any faith in that person:) Dealing with a license has some guarantee of honesty and ethics.

We value trust, honesty, and open dialogue the most.

As you stated with the honesty, I dont feel the seller is being completely honest  with me however that doesnt alter my approach .  

Sadly, no ethics and honesty are often the case as well.

There are more reasons why I like this strategy and to be honest I could go on and on all day about this.

To be perfectly honest I did these investments more for sport but at this point I have to finances to really get serious.

I really appreciate all the honesty and the sense of integrity I get here.

In all honesty I would not take the risk and dive into writing a contract that is going to bind you and a third party to terms that have legal implications. 

I’ve reached out to my CPA but in all honesty he is very much of a meet in person, make an appointment kind of person which just doesn’t work with my work schedule.
