Will real estate agents adopt a new product to sell along side traditional houses?

That said, there are even more people projected to move here than there are projected new housing units  - in all likelihood rents will continue to rise and prices will continue to increase.That said, it's a risky proposition to bet on continued growth - a hiccup could cost you significantly.  

The initiative was started by a well known commercial investor here, Ken Weinstein of Philly Office Retail, with the idea of helping residential investors do what they do, to improve the housing stock along side the commercial corridor work.The plan is to remove the barriers of entry for beginning and novice level investors, namely knowledge and capital.

In a HOT market however, you will find a buyer much more easily than finding your next deal and the seller will be less than patient with you if there are some hiccups.

I think that is my biggest hiccup I need to get over.

Also, the property will be located within Prince Georges County, Maryland (or PG County) which is right outside or alongside of Washington, DC.

(For the record, I’m referring here to when Airbnb formed a partnership with the Principality of Liechtenstein in 2011 alongside several German and Austrian villages, and one could literally rent a country or village).However, while these online marketplaces exist, they are not brands of inventory or even experiences, but instead are sources of it aggregated on technology platforms.

(For those who are not Realtors, I recommend working with a couple agents along side your own finding efforts, but work within their system.)Regarding point #2.  

I would not say I am beginning from 'scratch' because I am knowledgeable in RE, however when it comes to $, I would like to work alongside someone with a proven track record.

It does provide more confidence to potential investors, if the sponsor is investing along side them.
