It seems we are facing a similar problem; real estate is not just a numbers game, which is contrary to the thinking of most investors.

Nothing wrong with being a bit new - there are options out there for all stages of the game. 

Views, indoor pools, game rooms and proximity to attractions.

Need something to play with, so maybe different market for something new.
